(Sociology of) Sex and Gender

Assignments as follows:

• The "Topic" numbers on the calendar below refer to the sections of the syllabus.
• Readings -- The readings for each section must be completed before the first class on that topic.
• Quizzes -- We will have a brief quiz on each topic.  Students should be prepared for a quiz on the readings by the day we begin a topic, normally Tuesday.
• Autobiographical short papers -- The brief biographical pieces are due at the second class for each topic, normally Thursday.
