Research Question (Clear, unambiguous)	"What causes the disparities between types of interracial marriages?"  This is too vague as written.  Presumably this was meant to ask what causes the variation in rates of interracial marriages (heterosexual) by the race and sex of spouses.
Relevant Literature	The material discussed is not a literature review or a plan for one.
Causal Interpretations (clear, all parts defined, mechanisms, controls, plausible)	The suggested causes are vague to obscure.
Data (variables, sample, comparison)	Data from the Census Bureau will allow you some room to look at the rates of different kinds of interracial marriage over time, and by location.  It is not clear what you would do with the other sources listed or what data you would use to answer the project question.
Research Value	It is difficult to see how the data you have mentioned would provide any insight into "subconscious racial biases".  Without better specified research, this would just be speculation.
Overall	The general research area is worthwhile, but the project seems to have little development at this time.
