Research Question (Clear, unambiguous)	"In this research study, it will examine that students’ academic decisions like choosing what type of schools or what kind of majors affected by student loan, and how that decision will influence their early-career occupational choices."  Well, to be honest, after reading through this project outline a several times I still cannot figure out what the research question might be.  It would seem to be something about people's college decisions being influenced by costs and their post-college decisions by college debt, but beyond that it is murky.

Data (variables, sample, comparison)	Several data sources mentioned. It is not obvious that any are suitable.
Research Value	Hard to say.
Overall	At the practical level of social policy, the implications of college costs and the burden of college debts are certainly worthy topics.  Since the intended research is unclear, it is impossible to assess its worth.
