New Music Connoisseur said it is ”substantial...vibrantly spirited and at other times gentle and lyrical.” And Back Stage hailed his music and lyrics for the show Critic as ”fresh, witty....Rosenhaus’ music and lyrics are sprightly, upbeat, and in the ballad repertory, simply lovely.” Steven Rosenhaus has over 100 original compositions and arrangements in print; his works are recorded on the Capstone, Musical Tapestries, Richardson, and MPP labels. Dr. Rosenhaus serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at both New York University and Nassau Community College. He is a Yamaha Piano Artist and serves on the Board of Directors of the League of Composers/I.S.C.M. and on the advisory boards of Strings magazine and the Chamber Orchestra of New York. |
