3-D Plots

The program 3DGRID reads the files DENSITY.xx and produces 3-D grids in the appropriate format for the MOVIE program [14]. The filename of the new files is is DENSITY.xx.movie. The program is called with the command

The format of the input file is

1.LINE

x,y,z coordinates of the lower left corner of the box to be plotted

2.LINE

x,y,z coordinates of the vector connecting the lower left with the lower right corner (defining x)

3.LINE

x,y,z coordinates of the vector connecting the lower left with the lower left corner of the back plane (defining y)

4.LINE

x,y,z coordinates of the vector connecting the lower left with the upper left corner (defining z)

5.LINE

number of grid points in x, y and z direction
