Since it is not possible to accomplish all of the above simultaneously, the course is structured so as to build on each experience. By the end of the course it is expected that the conditions will have been created which will allow you to:

o Specific techniques which utilize the above knowledge.
o Planning and assessment procedures which help implement and evaluate your group interventions.
o The effects of these strategies on self.
B. Review of your attitudes towards
o Your subordinates, your colleagues, and your superiors.
o Giving and receiving help in groups.
C. Explore your thinking about
o Thinking about decision- making and leadership as a form of social interaction.
o The multi-dimensionality of decision- making.
o Actively searching for the assumptions which underlie your own and others' ideas and actions.
o How to approach the study of decision- making within an experiential framework.
D. Develop and sharpen certain skills, namely
o Group membership, decision- making, and leadership skills.
o Diagnostic skills.
o Utilizing resources from self learning.
o Utilizing self and others' experiences for systematic learning.
o Designing macro and micro learning experiences.
o Evaluating the learning potential of various behavioral settings.
o Utilzing e-mail and world wide web to enhance your learning.
